Due to the nature of personal hygiene, returns for our rainbow face masks are not accepted.

Please note that items purchased from our online store cannot be returned at our physical retail or concept stores.

All items must remain unused and retain their original labels to be eligible for return.

Kindly be aware that we do not offer complimentary return shipping. You’re welcome to choose a shipping service of your preference to send back your item(s). In line with our commitment to sustainability, we don’t provide free return shipping.

The processing of your return will be completed within 21 business days after your package has been received by us. Subsequently, an email will notify you that your refund can be expected within 1-3 business days. It’s important to note that the initial shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds issued by us will be directed back to the original payment method used for placing your order.

If you desire to exchange your item for a different size or color, kindly make a new purchase and then proceed to return the item you no longer need.
