Due to their ever increasing call volume, Last Call needed to streamline their call centre and dispatch processes. Their system of writing orders down and manually paging drivers with order information needed to be automated so they called Copperskies.
the solution
We implemented a custom built electronic delivery management system that identified callers, kept track of orders and tied in with their existing paging system. Linked into the Beer Store and LCBO online price guides the system was built with scalability in mind so they could take their business online and expand their target market. By reducing their overhead and increasing their call capacity the new system has already paid for itself.
